Make a bonfire your home base for the evening.We’ll build and light your bonfire and provide the firewood for your 3-hour reservation.Your private fire area includes a bonfire, benches and picnic table(s). Your group can come and go from the fire as you explore the farm.For groups larger than about 20 people, consider reserving a second adjacent fire area.
Give your group a comfortable home base at the farm.The Pavilion is available for 3-hour reservations and includes a spacious concrete floor, banquet tables and chairs for 100+ guests, electricity and lighting.Choose your preferred and alternate start times below. We’ll do our best to accommodate your first choice and will contact you if an adjustment is needed.A group registration is required with a Pavilion rental.

Yes. Groups are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Coolers are welcome too. A Pavilion or Bonfire can give your group a convenient home base for eating and gathering.
Yes. Outside catering is welcome, and there is no additional venue charge for bringing in a caterer. Contact us if you would like help with food planning or recommendations.
Usually! Farm food and drink options vary by date and operating hours. If food is an important part of your group visit, contact us in advance and we can talk through the options.

Yes. Simple decorations are welcome. Please avoid glitter, confetti, small plastic toys or other items that are difficult to completely pick up outdoors. Decorations should be removed when your group leaves.
No problem. Give us your best estimate when you reserve. Admission charges are based on the number of guests who actually attend, so your final headcount does not need to be known in advance.
Usually, yes. Group plans change! Contact us as soon as you can and we’ll work with you to move your visit based on availability. Bonfire and Pavilion changes also depend on the availability of those reserved spaces.
Treinen Farm is open rain or shine, but we understand that group plans may need to change because of weather. Contact us and we’ll work with you to move your reservation to another available date or time. The farm may close in extreme weather conditions for safety.
Groups normally use the regular farm parking. If you’re arriving by bus or motorcoach, bringing a very large group, or have special transportation needs, let us know so we can help with arrival and parking.
Arriving together makes group check-in easiest, but we know that isn’t always practical. Tell us about your arrival plans in the registration notes and we can help determine the best check-in arrangement.
Cell service can be limited at the farm, so it’s a good idea to make arrival and meeting plans with your group ahead of time. Wi-Fi is available near the entrance area.
Who should be associated with the final admission payment? This may be different from the primary group contact.
